Get On Board For Wellness

Patient Portal

We are honored that you have chosen us as your healthcare provider. Today we have exciting news regarding your health management!

We are proud to inform you that our practice offers the opportunity to use the power of the web to track the most important aspects of your healthcare through our office. The Patient Portal enables our patients to communicate with our doctors, nurses, and staff members easily, safely, and securely via the Internet.

Participating patients are given secure User IDs and passwords, enabling them to access the Portal to view their personal and private documents, including office visit summaries, in-office lab and diagnostic test results, educational information, billing statements, and other health information.

Through the Patient Portal, you are able to:
  • Ask doctors, nurses, and staff members non-urgent questions that can wait a day or two to get answers.
  • request referrals and check the status of referrals
  • view past and upcoming appointments
  • view your personal health record (PHR) and Visit summaries.
  • examine your current and past statements
  • You can also send a non-urgent message to the office through the Portal and expect a reply.
… all from the comfort of your home, whenever it is convenient for you!

Remember if you have a medical emergency, call 911.
For all appointments and urgent medical questions you must call our office at 303-659-4248.
If you need a prescription refill, please request the refill directly from the pharmacist. For controlled medications like those for ADHD, you still need to call the office.

To learn more or to sign up, contact our office today at 303-659-4248. You can tell the receptionist that you want to use the web portal and give her your personal email address (not a work email). The receptionist will give you the username which is First Name, Last Name, Year of birth (4 digits) without spaces (example: JohnDoe2002). The system will generate a password for you.

You will receive an email from us that has a link to our eClinicalWorks Portal website. You will be asked to change the password once you log on. You will be asked to accept our software company “eClinicalWorks” consent form and our office consent form that also states that the use of the web portal is for non-emergencies.

Another way is to go directly to our eClinicalWorks Portal website and follow the simple directions to register.
